It’s almost here!

In 2020, I was worshiping in a Church service and had a simple revelation of the angelic war that we are in, which led me to study angels in every book and podcast I could find.

I found that older denominations of Christianity had a much richer, more integrated understanding of angels than the Protestant stream, which almost brushes angels under the carpet in materialistic embarrassment. This led to a rich appreciation for the importance of angels to humanity, and for the impact of fallen angels and the spiritual war they wage. The fallen angels' patterns of war are as old as time: dethrone God from our hearts, and if they can't do that, corrupt our understanding of who God is and who we are in God.

I started writing a book to help me synthesize my studies. It grew to 350 pages, so I split it out into two books. One on symbolism in scripture and another on the celestial war, which grew again to 400 pages. In an age when you have 3 seconds to capture people's attention on Instagram, 400 pages felt like a slog that not many people would engage with. 

While I was writing about our angelic allies, I realized the spiritual war we are in could easily be lost if we don't know our enemy or ourselves. The importance of knowing who we are in God had been bubbling to the surface, revealing attributes of God that we can all participate in and that give meaning to the suffering we experience in life. So, I set about writing another shorter book to distill who our enemy is, who our angelic allies are, and who we are in God, in an attempt to arm the Church to win the war.

This led me to a deep appreciation that humanity was created to be the bride of our Creator, the Logos incarnate, Jesus, the Living Word of God. This very Word of God is our weapon against our foes and is the very person who is discipling us into His bride. This revealed a lack of satisfactory language to express the idea of becoming more like Jesus so that we will be a fit bride; hence 'logisical'.

This newest book explores a plot twist: the very difference between the angels and us, our physical bodies, is both the battlefield and our path to the door of salvation that leads to a journey of becoming logosical disciples of Jesus. The words of Jesus distill it: "Eat this bread, my body broken for you; drink this cup of my blood I shed for you"
